Terms of Service

HeyBio is a service of HeyBio (trading name), company details to follow, Chamber of Commerce number to be provided, VAT number to be provided, registered at to be provided. Questions or complaints: support@heybio.io.

You get a page on heybio.io with your own name in it, where you put your links and photos. Pro adds a custom domain, statistics, the geo filter and the AI editor. We make sure that page stays reachable and secured with a valid certificate. We do not promise any particular number of visitors, clicks or earnings.

You try it free for 7 days. After that Start is 9.00 per month and Pro is 29.00 per month, VAT included, paid monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; it takes effect at the end of the current period, and your page stays online until that date. We do not refund part of a month you have already paid for, unless we fall short ourselves. A custom domain is a separate yearly cost that you confirm before purchase and that is registered in your name.

We put your page on pause: visitors see a friendly notice instead of an error page, and your data stays put. As soon as the payment goes through, everything is back exactly as it was.

You are responsible for your own text, photos and links. Not allowed: sexually explicit imagery, imagery of or about minors, imagery of anyone who did not consent to it, illegal activity, deception, and links to malware or scams. Suggestive material that stays within the rules of the mainstream platforms is fine. We do not review pages up front, but we can step in when we receive a report.

On a well-founded report or a clear violation we pause a page, usually within 24 hours of the report. You get a message with the reason and a chance to put it right. In serious cases (material involving minors, imagery without consent) we remove it immediately and report it to the authorities where appropriate. Every pause is recorded in our log.

Everything you upload stays yours. We only use it to show and maintain your page. You can export everything at any time from your dashboard. If you cancel, we keep your data for another thirty days in case you change your mind, and delete it after that.

We do our best to keep HeyBio reachable at all times, but maintenance and outages at our suppliers can happen. Our liability is limited to what you paid us over the last three months. We are not liable for lost income, or for what other platforms do with your account or links.

If we change these terms or the price, we let you know by email at least thirty days in advance. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the change takes effect.

Dutch law applies to this agreement. If we cannot work things out together, the dispute goes to the competent court in the Netherlands.
