Why does my current link get flagged?
The big link-in-bio domains are well known to every platform. Instagram and TikTok suppress profiles that point at them, plenty of subreddits ban them outright in their rules, and X is widely reported to push posts with outbound links down the feed. Your own address with a neutral share card does not carry that history. Nobody can guarantee how a platform will treat any link, but you remove the best-known red flag.
What is the in-app browser escape?
When someone opens your link from inside Instagram or TikTok, they are in a built-in mini browser with no autofill and none of their logged-in sessions. Clicks on your page escape automatically to the real browser on the device, where paying and logging in simply work. Your stats show how many clicks were rescued that way.
How does the geo filter work?
Per button you set: hide this in these countries, or show it only there. Useful when the people around you do not need to see everything you do. Visitors whose country we cannot determine do not see the link either. Better too careful than sorry once.
Do I have to do anything technical?
No. You create an account, pick a name and drag your photos in. Domain, certificate and hosting are on us.
What does my link look like?
heybio.io/yourname, and it is yours the moment you claim it. That is included in every plan. Want your own .com instead later on, we arrange that on Pro.
What happens if I cancel?
Your page stays online until the end of the period. After that we keep your data for another thirty days, so you can change your mind or export everything.
And if a payment fails?
Your page goes on pause and visitors see a friendly notice instead of an error page. As soon as the payment goes through it is back, exactly as it was.
Can the AI break something?
No. It picks from a fixed list of edits and the server checks the result before you even see it. You always get a preview first, you publish it yourself, and rolling back costs one click.
