Report a page

What we act on

• Anything involving a minor. Removed immediately and reported to the authorities. There is no second look and no appeal.
• Images of someone who did not agree to them. Removed on report, before we ask questions.
• Sexually explicit imagery. Not allowed on a HeyBio page. Creators may link to platforms where they publish it; the page itself stays clothed.
• Pretending to be someone else. A page that impersonates a real person or company.
• Scams, malware, spam. Including links that go somewhere other than what the button says.

How it works

Every report lands in a queue that a human reads. Reports about a minor or about images shared without consent go first and are handled the same day. For the rest we aim for two working days.

If we take a page down, the creator is told why. If we decide a report was wrong, nothing happens to the page. We keep a record of both, so there is always a trail.
